최저임금 인상 (2026.1.1.)

• 업종별 구분 없이 전 사업장에 동일하게 적용
• 2008년 이후 17년 만에 노 · 사 합의로 결정된 최저임금
• 월 환산액 : 주 소정근로 40시간 + 유급주휴 8시간, 월 209시간 기준
